NORTH ATTLEBORO, Mass. – Mercy University Field Hockey sophomore Kaylise McClure (Lake Grove, N.Y./Sachem North) has been named one of the Northeast-10 Conference's (NE10) Faces in the Crowd for Week Five.
McClure made 17 saves to keep the Mavericks in the game against now No. 10 Adelphi. The total wasn't even a season-best for McClure, who'd previously made 23 saves vs Pace, working as a brick wall in Dobbs Ferry all season.
The award is the first for McClure and the first for the Mavericks this season.
Head Coach Marissa Spinazzola and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday, October 11th when they play at Saint Michael's at 11 a.m.
