COLONIA, N.J. (Apr. 7, 2025) – Mercy University men's lacrosse graduate student Jimmy Osorio (Ronkonkoma, N.Y./Newberry College), senior Owen Stephenson (Glen Rock, N.J./UDC) and freshman Michael Mitrano (Hilton, N.Y./Hilton) have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll for Week Eight.
Osorio had a game-high six points on five goals and an assist in the ECC win at UDC on Saturday. The graduate student recorded his 100th career goal in the win.
Stephenson had an assist and a game-high-tying seven ground balls and four caused turnovers in Mercy's 23-3 ECC win at UDC on Saturday.
Mitrano went 10-of-12 at the X with seven ground balls in the ECC win at UDC on Saturday.
The award is the fifth for Osorio this season, the third for Stephenson and the first for Mitrano. Mercy has now earned 27 awards on the year.
Head Coach Ryan MacSpadyen and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday when they host Frostburg State at 12 p.m.
