DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Mercy University Men's Lacrosse senior Sean Higgins (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) has been named to the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) Division II Team of the Week.

Higgins had a game-high and career-high five caused turnovers with one ground ball in Mercy's 9-8 win at RV Wilmington on Saturday.

The award is the first for Higgins and the Mavericks have now earned five awards on the year.

Head Coach Ryan MacSpadyen and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday when they play at Bentley at 12 p.m.
