COLONIA, N.J. – Mercy University Men's Lacrosse senior Sean Higgins (Macungie, Pa./Emmaus) and sophomore Cole Hunsberger (Waterloo, Ontario/Grand River Collegiate Institute) have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Men's Lacrosse Honor Roll for Week Six.

Higgins had a team-high five caused turnovers with two ground balls as Mercy went 1-1 on the week. The senior opened the week with a game-high four caused turnovers to go with one ground ball against #4 Saint Anselm on Wednesday. Higgins ended the week with a caused turnover and a ground ball in the win over UDC on Sunday.

Hunsberger had a team-high eight points on a team-high four goals and four assists to go with two ground balls as Mercy went 1-1 on the week. The sophomore opened the week with a team-high three points on a goal and two assists against #4 Saint Anselm on Wednesday. Hunsberger ended the week with a game-high five points on three goals and two assists to go with two ground balls in the win over UDC on Sunday.

The award is the third for Hunsberger this season and the second for Higgins. Mercy has now earned 14 awards on the year.

Head Coach Ryan MacSpadyen and the Mavericks resume action on Wednesday when they play at Adelphi at 7 p.m.
