DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Nov. 13, 2024) – The Mercy University men's soccer team has been ranked 10th in the third NCAA Super-Region 1 Regional Rankings, which are used to determine at-large bids for the NCAA Championship.
Mercy drops one spot in the rankings after going 0-1 last week with a 2-1 loss to UDC in the ECC Semifinals on Sunday. Ten teams are taken from Super-Region 1 to make up the tournament field. The ECC, CACC, NE10, PSAC and MEC conference tournament winners earn automatic bids, leaving five at-large bids into the tournament. Mercy looks to qualify for the NCAA Tournament for the fourth time in six seasons and currently sits at 9-3-5 on the year.
