DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Nov. 18, 2024) – The Mercy University volleyball team has secured the No. 3 seed in the ECC season-ending conference championship and will face No. 2 seed Queens College on Friday, November 22nd at 7:30 p.m. in a Semifinal matchup at Daemen University.

The Mavericks make their fifth straight appearance in the championship. Mercy will be looking to win their first ECC Championship since 2001. The Mavericks will be looking to make the Final for the first time since 2005. Mercy has won the championship three times (1999, 2000 and 2001) in program history. The Mavericks currently sit at 15-9 on the year and 8-4 in ECC play.

The winner of the Mercy/Queens matchup will face the winner of No. 1 Daemen/No. 4 D'Youville in the Final on Saturday, November 23rd at Daemen at 5 p.m.

Tickets for each match of the championship can be purchased here. Ticket prices will be $10 for adults and $5 for students (with ID), senior citizens and children 5 and up. Children under five will be admitted free.

In addition, cash will not be accepted so those wishing to purchase tickets at the venue must still use the ECC ticket website to purchase them (QR code to scan with a smartphone will be available at the gate).
