DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Mar. 10, 2025) – The Mercy University baseball team is ranked No. 8 in the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) East Region Top 10 Poll.

Mercy drops two spots in the poll after going 1-4 last week with a win over No. 7 West Chester on Saturday. The Mavericks are 8-8 on the year and have been led by junior Zach Ashline who is hitting a team-high .388 with a team-high 15 RBI. Senior Matthew Manzoeillo has a team-high three wins on the mound.

Head Coach Chris Schoen and the Mavericks resume action tomorrow when they host Holy Family at 3 p.m.
