DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Mar. 10, 2025) – The Mercy University women's lacrosse team has been ranked No. 23 nationally in the IWLCA Division II Top 25 Poll.

The Mavericks remain the same in the poll after going 1-1 last week with a 15-4 win over #24 Assumption and a 14-13 loss at #18 Bentley. Mercy was led by senior Leah Hansen who had a team-high nine points on the week on seven goals and two assists. Freshman Ashlinn Kelly added six goals and a team-high six caused turnovers. Mercy is the lone ECC school in the poll.

Head Coach Dawn Sachs and the Mavericks resume action on Sunday, March 16th when they play at defending National Champion Tampa at 3 p.m.
