DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – The Mercy University Baseball Team is ranked No. 6 in the latest National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) East Region Top 10 Poll.
Mercy moves up one spot in the poll after going 1-1 last week with a split against Southern Connecticut State on Sunday. The Mavericks are currently 6-4 on the year and have been led by senior Kolongi Goins who is hitting a team-high .438 with six RBI and 14 hits and by sophomore Ryan DiNapoli who has a 2.03 ERA and 2-0 record in 13.1 innings pitched.
Head Coach Chris Schoen and the Mavericks resume action on Friday, March 6th when they play at Pace at 2 & 5 p.m.
