DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – The Mercy University Men's Lacrosse Team has been ranked ninth in the second NCAA North Regional Rankings released earlier today.
Eight teams are taken from the North and South Regions to make up the tournament field. The winners of the ECC, CACC, GMAC, and NE10 Conference Tournaments earn automatic bids to the tournament from the North Region. Mercy looks to qualify for the program's sixth-ever appearance in the NCAA Tournament. The Mavericks are currently 8-5 on the year and are receiving votes nationally in the USILA Poll.
Head Coach Ryan MacSpadyen and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday, April 25th when they host D'Youville for Senior Day at 2 p.m.
