As A Junior (2009-10): Played in all 28 games … tallied 28 points, 34 rebounds … posted a season-high seven points at Molloy on Feb. 24 … grabbed a season-high nine rebounds vs. NYIT on Feb. 27 … season-best six assists vs. BPTM (Feb. 13). 

As A Sophomore (2008-09): Played 27 games … tallied 42 points, 39 rebounds … posted a season-high five points in back-to-back games … at Pace (Dec. 29) and vs. UMass-Lowell (Dec. 30), where he shot a perfect field goal percentage and added a free throw … season-best five assists at C.W. Post (Feb. 7) … 38 assists overall.

As A Freshman (2007-08): Played in 17 games … was perfect at the free throw line … grabbed nine rebounds.

Before Mercy: Played four years, earning three varsity letters at Kolbe Cathedral High School ... part of a SWC League championship team as a junior, earning the Coach's Award ... part of a state championship team as a freshman ... was also Student Council President … played with the Connecticut Golden Eagles AAU.

Personal: Born Orlando K. Danield … nicknamed “O.D.” … son of Vinda and Kosi Daniel ... has one brother, Jeremy Daniel (16) … a business management major ... enjoys playing spades, listening to his iPod and going to Jeremy’s basketball games … plans to become a sports agent or real estate broker … denotes his most thrilling moment in his career as scoring 10 consecutive points his senior year at Kolbe Cathedral … a typical pregame ritual includes listening to his iTouch … Daniel dedicates every game to his friend, Tavon Duharte, who passed away when they were 16 … usually listens to Lil’ Wayne.
