Women's Soccer Ranked 4th in United Soccer Coaches East Region Poll

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (Sept. 13, 2023) – The Mercy University women's soccer team is ranked fourth in the latest United Soccer Coaches East Region Top 10 Poll.

The Mavericks move up one spot in the poll after going 1-0 last week with a 2-0 win over Dominican. Mercy currently sits at 1-2-1 on the year. The Mavericks have been led by senior Madison Rosa, sophomores Ancksu Dixon and Maleah Tarin and freshman Angelina Ortiz who each have a goal on the year. Sophomore Kamy Anaya is 1-2-1 in goal with 13 saves.

Interim Head Coach Jack Nicholson and the Mavericks resume action on Saturday, September 16th when they play at D'Youville at 12 p.m.
