COLONIA, N.J. (Mar. 10, 2025) – Mercy University baseball junior Zach Ashline (Colonie, N.Y./Colonie Central) and sophomore Peyton Jemison (Monroe, N.Y./Monroe Woodbury) have been named to the East Coast Conference (ECC) Baseball Honor Roll for Week Three.

Ashline hit .353 (6-for-17) with a team-high-tying three RBI to go with two stolen bases, one double and one run as Mercy went 1-4 on the week. The junior opened the week going 2-for-4 against Southern Connecticut State on Tuesday. The designated hitter then went 1-for-4 in game one against #7 West Chester on Saturday before going 3-for-4 with three RBI and a run scored in Mercy's win over West Chester in game two. 

Jemison hit .333 (6-for-18) with a team-high-tying three RBI to go with a team-high-tying three runs, two stolen bases and a team-high three doubles as Mercy went 1-4 on the week. The sophomore went 4-for-7 with two RBI and three runs scored in Mercy's split with #7 West Chester on Saturday. The third baseman ended the week going 2-for-7 with an RBI in a doubleheader at Pace on Sunday. 

The award is the second for both Ashline and Jemison this season. Mercy has now earned nine awards on the year.
