COLONIA, N.J. (Sept. 29, 2025) – Mercy University Women's Soccer freshman Camila Salvador (Santiago, Chile/Santiago College) has been named the East Coast Conference (ECC) Women's Soccer Rookie of the Week for Week Four and senior Ancksu Dixon (Freeport, N.Y./Freeport) and junior Sarah Lill Hanks (Skedsmokorset, Norway/High Point University) have been tabbed to the Honor Roll.
Salvador had a team-high four points on the week, on a goal and two assists, as Mercy went 2-0 on the week. The freshman scored the game-winning goal and added an assist in Mercy's 3-1 win over #14 Wilmington on Wednesday. Salvador ended the week with the assist on the game-winning goal in the 88th minute of Mercy's 1-0 win at Queens on Saturday.
Dixon contributed with a goal and an assist as Mercy secured a resounding 3-1 victory against the 14th-ranked Wilmington team on Wednesday.
Lill Hanks recorded an assist in the Mavericks' 3-1 win over #14 Wilmington on Wednesday and helped lead a Mercy backline that allowed just one goal in a 2-0 week, playing all 180 minutes.
The award is the second for Salvador this season, the fourth for Dixon and the first for Lill Hanks. Mercy has now earned 11 awards on the year.
Head Coach Jack Nicholson and the Mavericks resume action on Wednesday when they host Holy Family at 4 p.m.
