Bracket Set for ECC Baseball Championship

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. (May 8, 2023) – The bracket for the East Coast Conference (ECC) Baseball Championship has been finalized. The No. 4 seeded Mercy College baseball team will play at top-seeded Molloy University in Game One on Thursday, May 11th at 12 p.m. at Mitchel Field in Uniondale, New York. Game Two will feature No. 2 seeded St. Thomas Aquinas facing No. 3 seeded Queens at 3 p.m.

If the Mavericks win on Thursday, they will face the winner of STAC/Queens on Friday, May 12th at 1 p.m. If the Mavericks lose on Thursday, they will play at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 12th against the loser of STAC/Queens at Mitchel Field. The Final will be on Saturday, May 13th starting at 12 p.m. at Mitchel Field.

The Mavericks have earned their third straight berth into the ECC Championship. Mercy earned the No. 4 seed after going 10-14 in ECC play. The Mavericks will look to win their first ECC Championship and secure their first-ever NCAA Tournament berth. Mercy dropped all four meetings to the Lions this season, dropped three out of four to STAC and split the season series with Queens.

$20 - All-Tournament pass for all tournament games
$8 - Single day tickets for adults
$5 - Single day tickets for children/seniors/students

Tickets must be purchased for each day. Tickets must be purchased at www.eccsports.org/tickets. Cash will not be accepted so walkup tickets at the venue must be purchased through the ECC website (QR code will be available at the gate).

1:00 p.m. - Winner Game One vs. Winner Game Two

4:00 p.m. - Winner Game Three vs. Loser Game Four

Saturday, May 13

12:00 p.m. - Winner Game Four vs. Winner Game Five

If necessary - 30 minutes after the completion of Game Six
